Arkady Itkin graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 2007. Prior to and during law school, he worked at a number of major employment and injury litigation law firms in Sacramento and San Francisco. He focused primarily on wrongful termination, disability disability discrimination at workplace, retaliation, defamation and personal injury cases. From the earliest days of his legal career as a law clerk, Mr. Itkin was placed on complex research assignments, where he analyzed various intricate aspect of employment law from both, the employee and the employer’s perspective.

Since 2007 Mr. Itkin has been representing employees, victims of injuries as well as victims of medical malpractice in a wide range of employment, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, defamation and injury claims.  Mr. Itkin also represents small and medium size companies-employers in various business and employment transactions and disputes with employees as well as other companies. Mr. Itkin is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.

Philosophy

“Recognizing how stressful work and injury related legal claims and disputes can be, I pride myself on being responsive to our client’s questions and concerns and also on explaining the law to our clients to make sure that they are comfortable with and understand the process – whether it’s just a single hearing or a extended litigation process. I find that when clients not only know what to expect, but also understand “why” , it makes the litigation process easier and more productive for everyone involved.
