“Recognizing how stressful work and injury related legal claims and disputes can be, I pride myself on being responsive to our client’s questions and concerns and also on explaining the law to our clients to make sure that they are comfortable with and understand the process – whether it’s just a single hearing or a extended litigation process. I find that when clients not only know what to expect, but also understand “why” , it makes the litigation process easier and more productive for everyone involved.
Mr. Itkin is an active member of CELA (California Employment Lawyers Association), SFTLA (San Francisco Employment Lawyers Association), Sacramento Bar Association, and Labor and Employment Section of the California bar.
